Outlined below is detailed information on the confidentiality and personal data protection policy, in compliance with the provisions of article 13 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of this data. FINALIDADES DEL TRATAMIENTO

LAUDIS shall process the information provided to us by interested persons for the following purposes:

To manage their assistance, visit and meeting at our facilities, as well as manage and implement the services/products contracted.

To manage any type of application, suggestion or request regarding our professional services that they formulate with us.

Informative and commercial communications: To process the data of interested persons in order to inform them about activities, interesting articles and general information regarding our activity and the services/products contracted.

To manage data provided by candidates for a job position through their Curriculum Vitae (CV) in order to proceed with the selection and recruitment process.

For the good end and development of their assistance and management of the above purposes, the owner consents to the processing of their data for the above purposes, all under the strictest compliance with the data protection regulations and the policy we are outlining herein. Interested persons may exercise their rights at any time, see specific section.

DATA CONSERVATION CRITERIA

Management of services/products contracted with LAUDIS: The personal data provided in agreements, offers and/or service proposals, as well as all other persons whose intervention is necessary, will be preserved for the time that the contracted services are in force. Upon completion of the provision of the completed service(s), the personal data will be preserved in the cases that could derive from responsibilities with LAUDIS and/or in compliance with other regulatory frameworks applicable to LAUDIS or a standard with a range of law that requires the preservation thereof. The personal data will be maintained in a way that allows the rights of the affected parties to be identified and exercised and, under the technical, legal and organisational measures necessary to guarantee their confidentiality and integrity.

Curriculum Vitae Management: As a rule, LAUDIS keeps the Curriculum Vitae of candidates for the maximum period of one year. After this period, it will proceed to automatically destroy it in compliance with the data quality principle.

Other: All other data and information provided by the user through any means will be preserved for as long as necessary to meet the purpose for which it was collected.

LEGITIMATION

The legal base that enables LAUDIS to be able to process the personal data of users, customers, potential customers, under the following titles:

The consent of interested persons for the processing and management of any request for information or consultation regarding our services and products.

The consent provided by Candidates to a job position for the purposes of selection and recruitment

The framework for the provision and/or contracting of services/products with LAUDIS

The legitimate interest to send informational communications, commercial communications and/or promotional offers related to the activity of LAUDIS, and the services/products contracted via e-mail or any other means

RECIPIENTS

No personal data is transferred to third parties, unless required by law.

SOURCE

The personal data is obtained directly from interested persons and our collaborators. The categories of personal data provided to us by our collaborators are as follows:

Postal or electronic addresses.

Data provided and/or consented by interested persons, which is related and necessary to manage and carry out the requested service/product.

RIGHTS

Right of Access, Rectification and Deletion: Interested persons have the right to obtain confirmation on whether or not, at LAUDIS, we are processing personal data that concerns them. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right of Limitation and Opposition: In certain circumstances, interested persons may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only preserve it to exercise or defend against claims. In certain circumstances and, for reasons related to their particular situation, interested persons may oppose to the processing of their data. LAUDIS will cease processing the data in this case, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or to exercise or defend against any possible claims.

DATA PROTECTION CHANNEL / DATAPROTECT – LINE

LAUDIS has implemented a Data Protection Channel, contemplating the highest commitment, rigour and professionalism in matters of security, experience, independence and knowledge when processing the communications received.

The Data Protection Channel has been implemented through a web platform, developed and managed by an independent external expert to provide and guarantee our above commitments.

Through the Data Protection Channel, interested parties may communicate and process the exercising of their Rights (see above section) and report any indication or knowledge it has of any possible security violations (breaches) and/or possible breaches or irregularities regarding the data protection regulation or this LAUDIS policy.

ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT

Interested persons may notify LAUDIS of any query regarding the processing of their personal data or the interpretation of our policy by contacting the data protection manager at the address indicated at the start of this policy.
